Relax after a day at the dunes in this quiet home at the edge of town. It's a 3-1/2 mile drive to the dunes. With a permit from the city, you can drive your ATV right to the park! This two-bedroom, one-bath home has excellent central air and heat and ceiling fans. One bedroom offers a queen bed and the second has two twin beds. The sofa opens into a queen-size bed. We added a new stackable washer and dryer—perfect for small loads. Plenty of parking in the back for your truck, trailer, and ATV.

Main gathering room is Giant. 85" TV, 200+ online movies, H/C H20 Dispenser, Central H&A & mini-split. 3 Queen Beds, 2 Twins (1 is in laundry room.) 2 sleeper Sofas & 2 XL cots. Queen auto blow up if needed. Huge parking area(see pics) This is an older home in many respects with only 1 bathroom. However it is inviting for all. Xtra folding chairs & tables. A sort of duplex w/my house separate but connected & readily available if needed. TY!

With one queen bed in each bedroom, you can sleep 8 comfortably. Curl up on the sectional couch and watch your favorite shows on Netflix and Hulu if you need a break from the dunes. You will enjoy a quiet neighborhood with maybe turkeys in the yard in the mornings. There is one king bed and one queen bed. There is also a queen hideabed.
