It was designed by renowned architect Eric Moser and the interiors were done by an HGTV insider. It's minutes from beaches, restaurants and shopping. There are no roads to cross as the cottage is located on a private dead-end street with a beach access. Located only four houses back at about 200 yards, you can still enjoy a beach view with your morning coffee or watch the dolphins swim from the balcony.
