Very spacious with patio furniture for extra relaxation! You can also enjoy the community pool and gym. This space is NOT shared. Guests have the entire space to themselves.

This fully private vintage small apartment is located a few minutes away from Downtown Winston, a short walking distance from the Wake Forest stadium, and a 5 minute drive to Wake Forest University main campus. The apartment has a full kitchen, workout/meditation, washer and drier and a parking spot in the driveway. Guests will also enjoy access to the backyard where we have 3 hens and a rooster. The second floor is shared with other guests and walking can sometimes be heard.
