1930's Stone Cottage with spectacular views

One of three that were part of Rimrock Ranch Bar Lazy-R, a "dude ranch" where VIPs and movie stars would stay as they were filming westerns in the Sedona area or relaxing. This cute cottage is walking distance to downtown, the hospital & a small shopping center. The living room/dining area is light and airy with a TV & wi/fi . A covered patio with a gas grill, & eating area is reached through a sliding glass door from the living room. The bedroom with a queen bed & luxurious bedding, is sure to give you a great night's sleep. Perfect for couples or a small family. There is a loft for children complete with a futon. The Cottage

Built in 2017. It's pleasant 15 minute walk to historic downtown Flagstaff and 2 blocks to Thorpe park with hiking and biking on Observatory Mesa. A radiant heat concrete floor on 1st level and solid hickory on the stairs and 2nd level bedroom. An abundance of natural light from the many windows and skylights. The design is centered around the well equipped kitchen with a high ceiling, purple appliances, unique marble counter top and other high end finishes.
