Close to some amazing fish and chip shops, tearooms and everything central. A short walk to the beach.There is free on street parking with scratch cards that we provide in the W zones which are within a 5min walk from the flat. The cottage is in a rural setting on a working farm near Scarborough. It is a bungalow with two internal steps, one leading from the lounge to the dining area and a second leading to the bedrooms and it is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids). We also allow a well behaved dog at the property. There are two bedrooms, a double with en suite shower room and a twin bedroom. The property is self catering. Travel Cot,Outside dog kennel facility is available.

The detached annexe is at the rear of our property. It has a lounge with a king size sofa bed, a single/twin room with a kitchenette and a shower room/WC. There is space in the drive for one visitor car/storage for cycles in the garage. Unfortunately it does not have a cooker but there is a 2 ring electric portable electric hob, a microwave and a slow cooker. It will usually be possible to use the oven in the bungalow by arrangement.

Our beautiful family cottage is located at The Bay Holiday Village, Filey. The cottage is spacious inside and out with plenty of south facing garden area for BBQ's and relaxation. Our 3 boys love to play in the space behind the cottage and on the beach. Miles of quiet golden sandy beaches a short walk away. Sister property to Sandy Toes, also located on the Bay, a short walk away and sleeping 5.

"The Hut" is a garden summerhouse simply decorated with a double bed to sleep 2, it has a small kitchenette to give you independence. It is situated in an enclosed well-maintained garden, with access through the main house, with a downstairs washroom, and upstairs bathroom which are shared facilities. Seating and table in the garden so you can eat alfresco and relax in the evening.
