Situated in the 'East Neuk' of Fife it is ideally positioned for exploring the local fishing villages. 15 minutes drive takes you to St Andrews , the home of golf. Free on street parking is available. Cellardyke tidal pool and watersports nearby. Although we do accept 3 night bookings, our preference is for minimum 5 night stays during peak times (e.g school holidays)

The Puffin Burrow, North Berwick Beachside

The Puffin Burrow is a lovely self-contained apartment on the ground floor of this magnificent Georgian House. It has 2 double bedrooms, one of which is a twin and the other set up as king size but can be made into another twin on request. The modern bathroom is fully tiled with a bath and shower and there is another separate loo. The open plan modern kitchen and sitting room are complete with wood-burning stove and have views of the sea including the Bass Rock and Craigleith Island.

Seafront apartment in beautiful Kinghorn

Bright, sunny apartment directly on the seafront in Kinghorn. Just 3 minutes walk from the train station and 35 minutes by train from Edinburgh, this is a delightful, relaxing retreat with access to the city still on hand. This was our second home and we have decided to open it up to airbnb. It has lots of home comforts including cosy beds, a comfy lounge with smart TV, fast wifi, large American Fridge, ice dispenser, microwave, washer dryer. Towels, bedding and essentials included.

This 1830s charming cottage has a front and back garden with stunning sea views. It's a short wander to the beach. Enjoy the large fully enclosed gardens while looking at the sea. We have just completed new interiors, with 2 bedrooms both with king-sized beds (UK) and soft white sheets throughout. A Nespresso coffee machine, hardwood floors, mini barbecue, and local art on the walls allow you to indulge in a seaside cottage with the feel of a hotel. We have parking on site.

With uninterrupted views towards Dundee and the new V & A, off street parking and within easy reach of many local attractions including St Andrews . Enjoy the beach morning, noon and night in this family friendly holiday home on the beach. Relax at the bay window seat and enjoy views of the Bass Ross and the Glen or enjoy lots of time on the beach which is just a few steps away. Very close to the Seabird Centre and the wonderful restaurants and shops that North Berwick have to offer.

Weaver’s Cottage beach getaway

Weaver’s Cottage, built from stone probably in the 18th century (the main house dates from 1687) sits in a large south facing garden with direct access to the designated bathing beach and the Fife coastal path. Lovingly restored it’s a wonderful place to relax, swim, go for beach walks, gaze at the stars in front of a cosy fire pit.
