The Roost at Hayden Lake

Escape to Hayden Lake. This waterfront guesthouse is well-equipped for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Idaho. You'll find a modern rustic space with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, serene surroundings, and an inspiring view of the lake. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. The neighboring home is undergoing construction from Apr-Sep 2026. You can expect construction noise and traffic during the daytime.

Downtown Coeur d'Alene apartment.

This second floor apartment is located in a great place to have access to all of the Coeur d'Alene area. Single adults or Couples can enjoy staying in this clean, quiet, cozy "upstairs" apartment with tons of natural light, a full kitchen, separate bedroom with queen bed and bathroom with full size shower. Please note: it's located above our garage with 18 stairs to get in.

A three bed, two bath home in CDA's Fairway Meadows, sleeps 6 comfortably and up to 10 with extra beds and couches. The upstairs primary suite has a king and a private bath. One queen room downstairs, third room with two twin XL beds, and a downstairs game room loaded with board games, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 2, karaoke, and a movie library. 5 minutes to the Centennial Trail, 15 to downtown CDA, 35 to Spokane International airport.

Woodland Beach Drive Lake House w/Private Hot Tub

This fully stocked 576 sq ft cabin is the perfect place for a romantic little get away or just some peace and quiet. This one bedroom, one bathroom cabin is super quaint and decorated to a tee. Stoke the fireplace or go fish off the dock in Hauser Lake. Three local eateries are close by (Ember's Pizza, D-Mac's and Curly's Junction) . Make sure to bring your swim suits. Sit in the hot tub while drinking your morning coffee.
