There is thought and love behind every little detail. The house isn't perfect, there is raw wood, some things aren't finished, the furniture is vintage and may appear worn but if you look past that, you will find that everything there has its own story and that this house is made for the big things: sunrises, ocean dreaming and full-moons

A brand new eco cottage in sleepy Scarborough, a conservation village bordering Cape Point National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site at the tip of the continent. One of the first tiny homes constructed with South African hemp and timber, this minimalistic sanctuary is nestled in a wild indigenous fynbos garden at the end of a cul-de-sac dirt road, a 10 min stroll from a gorgeous surfing beach. For the outdoor enthusiasts Helderberg provide trails for hiking and mtbiking and our dam covers swimming, rowing and sundowners.
