The Nook

A compact, cosy self contained 1 bedroom chalet 50 yards from the cliffs. 104 yards from the beach and the legendary Porth Island, where locals and tourist gather with cameras to capture that perfect sunset. This location really is as good as it gets! Guests can also borrow the Kayak’s for an evening paddle round the island. The Garden Lodge is situated in the grounds of Mourton House, in the Cornish countryside village of St Mawgan. The lodge has recently been updated with a new kitchen and bathroom. It is located in a beautiful tranquil position a 2 mile well worn wooded footpath takes about 35 minutes to walk to Mawgan Porth beach. The delightful harbour town of Padstow is 8.4 miles distance, with its quaint shops a plenty of places to eat. Newquay is 6.2 miles from the Lodge.
