Adventurers meet at the swim shop to pickup gear. (Wetsuit, Mask, Snorkel & Fins included) The ocean is cold, we want to take the time to make sure wetsuits, masks and snorkels all fit properly. Since we cater the experience to each individuals needs, desires and skill level, the adventures become very personal. We spend time designing the adventure and talk about the many different experiences possible, of course, always based on ocean conditions. Digital photos of the experience will be sent post adventure as well. La Jolla Underwater Park and Ecological Reserve promises up close and personal encounters with the abundance wild life at La Jolla Cove. When in the cove, you will see California sea lions, our state marine fish the Garibaldi, abundant sea birds and if we're lucky dolphins may swim by. Since it is a reserve, fishing and removal of objects from this area is prohibited. Swimmers who join benefit from my knowledge from a lifetime of swimming at the Cove.
