Wonderful experience! I learnt some of the local delicious recipes and have already tried them back home. They turned out great! The Tutto Pasta experience was a joy! Bettina is a charming, ever so helpful host and Mamma Marianna who showed all the secrets to making Calabrian pasta is a delightful lady. We learned how to make two kinds of local eggless pasta, fileja and cavatelli, with three delicious, wholesome sauces. There were two boys aged around 10-12 with us and they had great fun too! I really could not recommend it more, even in the hot summer months as the kitchen is spacious and airy. Book it at any cost if you are at all interested in cooking and eating! Thank you again Bettina and Marianna for a great evening. Hope to see you again soon.

Great course on typical Tropean cuisine. We made cavatelli and filleja pastas with ndjua and Tropean-onion sauces. Bettina was professional and well-organized. The instructor, Marianna, the perfect Italian nonna, is exactly who you want to learn from: she was patient, kind, and checked on everyone’s work. We had a great time.
