Casa Loma is a brand new 60 m2 house in Villaverde, surrounded by volcanoes and 15 min drive from the ocean. It offers a patio to eat outside and to relax after the day at the beach. The house is formed by a fully equipped kitchen/living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. On demand the sofa can become a single bed. THE LOCATION We are in Villaverde, a nice authentic village close to the main touristic attractions. Close to some of the best restaurants, there is a bakery and a supermarket at 500m.

Fantastische Haushälfte am Rande des angesagten Dorfes Lajares. Das Hausteil verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Es gibt drei Terrassen mit Sonnenliegen und Lounge Ecke. Der beheizte Pool steht zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Sämtlicher Strom wird durch eine Solaranlage auf dem Dach erzeugt, ebenso das Warmwasser. Ausserdem gibt es in der Küche einen Trinkwasserfilter. Beide Hausteile können auch zusammen gemietet werden

Encuentra el momento de tranquilidad y magia siente el mar como en un barco, te quedaras asombrado contemplando las islas (Lobos y Lanzarote) desde este atico.Esta muy bien ubicado en el pueblo de Corralejo,a pocos metros del puerto deportivo que ofrece gran variedad de excursiones y deportes acuaticos.Todo cercano para ir andando: ocio gastronomico,tiendas,supermercados,centro de salud.. Ayudare a que vuestra estancia sea lo mas agradable posible con total cercania y disposicion; os espero!!
