The house originates from the 20’s and has been recently renovated with respect to tradition. It is located in a peaceful neighborhood in front of the sea, near the piney peninsula of Ermioni and within a walking distance from the village center (taverns, shops, super-markets, nightlife, banks, bakeries). There are several small coves to swim nearby, as every location is within a five minute walking distance from the house. It is the perfect place for peaceful and relaxing vacations.

Plus, the garden spot is a lovely place to watch the sunset. All you need is a vehicle (mandatory) and travel mood!

The house is a 2 minute walk from the ermioni harbour. A small pool-jacquzzi is available on the private terrace for relaxing, not suitable for small children. Also, it is close to the Volcano of Methana, Vathi marina, the Ancient Theater of Epudaurus, Devil’s Bridge, Lake of Psifta and Poros island. All you need is a car or a motorcycle and travelling mood! But how can you come? By car via Korinthos and Epidaurus or by ship via Methana or Poros.
