Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

One room with 1 double bed (convertible in 2 single beds) and arrangement+ 1 corner(place) harms in mezzanine height 0.70m with a double bed (flexible in 2 single beds)for inferior stays to 7 days a bedsheets options is possible(10 € for 1 double bed ), bath room, washin/drying machine has to wash, closed and individual garage.

C’est une maison de vacances entièrement rénovée de 40 m2, à 130 m de la plage, comprenant une cuisine ouverte sur le séjour, une salle d’eau, une première chambre avec un lit de 140x190, une deuxième chambre avec deux lit de 80x200 ( oreillers, couette et couverture pour chaque lit), terrasse, cuisine extérieure et barbecue.
