Supermarkets are a few kilometers away (3). Buses are available (1 km away), almost every half an hour to reach Lucca (20/30 minutes). There are villas and many small, yet beautiful, villages nearby. By car, you can reach major cities such as Pisa (30 minutes), Florence and Siena (60 minutes) or Garfagnana and Apuan Alps (50 minutes). And if you'd like to go to the beach, Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi are only 25 minutes away. If something is bothering you or you need further explanations on something that is missing, just ask. The house shares a swimming pool with the one other cottage. The owners take great care to ensure guests are happy during their stay. Podere Consani is set in this oasis of peace, it is however only 15 minutes before the majestic walls of Lucca come into sight.

The Terrace is formed by a double-room in two floors, recently completely renovated and decorated with style. It is located in Settignano, a small neighborhood 6 km from the center of Florence with bus n.10 which end of line is only 50 meters from the access gate of the house. In 15 minutes you can easily reach the center of the city. Beside the gate there s the bar Vida, always full of delicious pastries and fresh tramezzino sandwiches.
