Welcome to our Cozy Camper! You will be camping with all the comforts of home in our 35 foot stationary camper that is nestled in the trees, on our 20 acre home property in the country. (It is near the road but if you can handle some occasional road traffic, you will love our place!) Enjoy hearing the birds, watch squirrels play in the trees, drink your coffee outside as the morning sunlight shines through. Enjoy a picnic or watching the stars while sitting around the Gas Fire Pit. Come Stay!

The Little House on Park Avenue

Our cottage is a quiet get-away. Sit on the front porch and enjoy the birds and a cup of coffee. Small kitchen provides everything you may need for your stay, including a local yummy treat. A desk in the bedroom gives you a place to work while others in your group utilize the spaces in the living room or dining room. You can leisurely stroll by the Ruritan Park to Studio 32 Gallery and Gift shop on weekends. In 10 minutes drive to Merchants Millpond State Park. Historic Edenton only30 minutes.

2 Master Bedrooms Home Away From Home

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This home is located in a peaceful and friendly neighborhood if your just looking to get away to enjoy family and friends. It features 2 Master bedrooms with both having a full bathroom, and a acre of land in the backyard to have a cookout and plentyof space for kids to play and have fun. It's a great place to relax, but only 30min from the Virginia line, and about an hour from Virginia Beach with lots of fun and activities.

A small 1 1/2 story cabin located in the Edenton historic district less than a 2 block walk to Shopping and Restaurants on Broad Street. It is located in the back yard of our home among gardens and a quiet neighborhood. Its only a 4+ block walk to the Barker House, Cupola House, Waterfront Park, and other points of interest. This very charming Cabin has just been restored in Fall 2019 with all new floors, walls, HVAC, Bathroom, TVs up and Down, furniture, etc. Some limited cooking features.

West Customs Guest House

Sellers Guest House is a story and half, situated on the property of the West Customs House built in 1772. The guest house has a opened floor plan with kitchen and bathroom on the main floor and a bedroom upstairs. There is a delightful front porch that is perfect to relax on. The West Custom House Property is nestled on Blount Street in Edenton's Historic District just a block and a half from downtown making an easy access to restaurants, shops, historic sites, and the waterfront.

The Cottage at Church's Island

Take off your shoes and prepare to relax at this Currituck Sound front cottage! You can watch the sunrise over the sound revealing the Currituck Lighthouse in the distance and watch the sunset with egrets going back to their roost at Monkey Island. You can enjoy the rural vibes, but be close to the Outer Banks, Elizabeth City or Virginia Beach just 30-40 minutes away! We are so excited to invite you to stay in our sweet little classic cottage, nestled in the heart of Elizabeth City's historic district. 1201 Church Street is surrounded by some of the original Elizabeth City homes dating all the way back to the late 1700s. We fell in love with the charm of the area combined with all of the up-and-coming attractions nearby. Our cottage is close to all of the new downtown breweries, wine bars, trendy restaurants, and waterfront district.

This very spacious Catamaran Cruiser feels more like a cottage than a houseboat. It is well-appointed with everything you’ll need for a stress-free getaway. Within walking distance, you will find great restaurants, bars, a museum, an art gallery, book store, coffee shop, salons, bakery, and gyms. This location is perfect for day trips to the OBX Waterpark etc, which is only 35 minutes away by car. This stay is sure to be a check off your bucket list!

The property is located directly on deep water, so not suitable for children under 12! Guest can enjoy swimming, fishing, biking, and paddle boarding! NO PET POLICY !

The Duck Inn at Lunker Lodge

The Duck Inn is a 320 sq ft efficiency apartment adjacent to the Lunker Lodge. It has a private entrance, full bathroom, ample closet space and is furnished with a queen sized bed (new Nectar mattress), and a loveseat with full sized pullout. Kitchen area is equipped with a microwave, toaster oven, hot plate and Keurig coffee maker and basic kitchenware.
