Cheerful 2 bedroom home on Miflin Creek

I'm an Alabama girl who wanted water access and to be closer to the beach. I bought this little piece of land on Miflin Creek and graced it with a mobile home. Miflin Creek leads to Wolf Bay and the Gulf. It's convenient to OWA (8 minutes), lots of restaurants, and the beach. It's quiet and peaceful. I enjoy paddleboarding here or just sitting on the deck watching the Osprey build a nest nearby. I'm so happy to be able to offer it to you.

You will be in walking distance of multiple restaurants and bars, including Tacky Jack's, Acme Oyster House, Big Beach Brewing, Foam Coffee, The Ugly Diner, The Sloop and The Sammich Shack. Lulu's is across the Canal- lots of artists and small galleries. This walking district is a great addition to the city and we can't wait to have you!!
