Die 1-Zi-Whg. liegt in der 1. Etage mit separatem Eingang. Fußbodenheizung, el. Rollläden, 3-fach verglaste Fenster, HD-TV, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und einiges mehr, bieten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die max. Personenzahl ist 4, dann allerdings schon etwas eng und nur für einen Kurzaufenthalt geeignet. Optimal ist die Whg. z.B. für 2 Erwachsene mit Kind. Ein Babybett, ein Kinder-Reisebett, sowie ein Kinderhochstuhl kann gegen eine geringe Gebühr bereitgestellt werden (5€ pro Aufenthalt).

Wohnen direkt am Karl-Heine-Kanal im kreativen Leipziger Westen. Hier ist Kunst zu Hause: Baumwollspinnerei, West-, Buntgarn- und Kunstkraftwerk – alles in der Nähe. Von hier starten Rudertouren auf dem Kanal, Besuche der hippen Szenegastronomie oder Ausflüge ins Leipziger Neuseenland. Urbanes Leben und Erholung liegen nah beieinander. Das Nest liegt ruhig, bietet trotzdem volles Viertel-Feeling – eine gemütliche Unterkunft mit Blick auf Kanal und Jahrtausendfeld mitten im „Künstlerviertel“.

Unser altes Bauernhaus haben wir 2016 liebevoll restauriert. Das Raumklima ist angenehm, weil das ganze Haus mit Wandheizung und Lehmputz ausgestattet ist. Es liegt in einem kleinen Ort mit nur wenigen Wohnhäusern und eignet sich besonders für Naturliebhaber und Menschen, die Ruhe suchen. Auch Kinder kommen auf ihre Kosten. Telefon, Sat-TV und WLAN sind vorhanden, womit sich unsere Unterkunft auch hervorragend für Home Office mit Familie eignet. Nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit in 4 km Entfernung.

Dennoch ist die Wohnung in einer Seitenstraße sehr ruhig gelegen , so dass ihr eine himmlisch ruhige Nachtruhe genießen könnt. Und dann der Blick von der Terrasse ....

The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Within walking distance you can reach the supermarket and a bakery or café for breakfast. Dogs are welcome here. We are looking forward to your interest!
