The property is located on an island just an 8-minute bus ride from Oslo Center. A bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a double sofabed in the living room provide sleeping space for up to four guests. The bathroom rooms shower and bathtub plus washingmachine and a mini dishwasher. The kitchen is well-equipped and has a dining area.

Fra stua er det utgang til platting på 100m2, samt gressplen med trampoline. I 2. etasje er det tre soverom med doble senger, to bad og TV-stue. I husets underetasje er entre og WC. Der er også en utleiedel som går i utleie. Huset er et av tre hus i et sameie, med felles innkjøring. Ryddig og godt utstyrt, men vi tilbyr ikke grill.
