Just 15 minutes from the City of Edinburgh bypass, this is the perfect rural retreat with a hot tub for those that want to explore the surrounding areas. Edinburgh and the Lothians offer much to explore. Just a stones throw away from Glenkinchie Distillery, the accommodation includes use of beautiful mature gardens in a tranquil farmland setting where wildlife is abundant. *VERY family friendly*

Stunning Studio with Outdoor Hot Tub

Our beautiful studio with spacious Hot Tub is close to Edinburgh Airport and only 5 miles from the West End. Perfect for enjoying all that Edinburgh offers, but with the peace and quiet of a rural location. Own transport is recommended but public transport is nearby so leaving the car and hopping a bus/tram into town is easy. Guests staying without own transport are likely best to rely on local taxi services of which there are several including UBER. Plenty countryside walking available also.

The Bothy a self contained tiny home suitable for 2 guests. It is situated in the garden of our family home. It is a studio style accommodation, one room, one bed with a private en-suite. Drylaw is a residential area that has excellent links to the airport and city centre. The distance to the airport is 5 miles, the city centre is 2.8 miles. The hot tub is a great place to unwind after a busy day exploring beautiful historic Edinburgh.
