Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Enjoy free parking by 3 minutes walk. You can find many places like playhouses, music venues, restaurants and bars by less than 3 minutes walk. Enjoy complimentary quality coffee and tea provided by me. Every guest or short time visitor needs to send the copy of his/her ID to the host prior to the arrival. The front desk will check the ID. If you want to bring guests it is fine but you need to send the copy of their ID to the host.

Studio Cottage

This is a small Studio cottage at the rear of my home. It's craftsmanesk in style with a partially open ceiling and a skylight. It's perfect for a couple or single person. There is a swimming pool but it's not heated, fine for swimming June to Oct depending on the weather, unless you are a polar bear. It's a 5 min walk to the MetroGold Line and a 10 min walk to new restaurants on Figueroa St. I have a fairly extensive cactus / succulent garden.

The Pool house has 2 bedrooms. ‼️Attention:One main bedroom and the second as optional upon request if you need both bedrooms please add 3 guests and the second bedroom will automatically open. Please request. Optional there is a pull out couch in the living room that becomes a full size bed. The house features a private entrance and exclusive use of the backyard and pool. Perched on a hill, with stunning views, access to a pool, lots of outdoor space and beautiful gardens in which to relax, and easy walking distance to 60+ restaurants and bars, this house is the perfect retreat. Originally an artist's studio, the space is filled with art and books, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy.
