The main living room has a new bluetooth enabled media and music player system along with smart TV. It is very unusual to find an apartment with A/C in Budapest due to restrictions on installation but this apartment comes with full hot cold function. It also has a back up electric hot water heating system in the event of a problem with the main boiler. Both bathrooms are en-suite with the master bathroom having both roll top bath with mixer and separate shower. If the pressure drops there is a filling loop which feeds the boiler which should be switched on for no more than a couple of seconds and then switched off again. Both showers feature an “anti-scald” feature. This is a small button on the shower mixer which cuts supply to the hot water if there is a temporary interruption of cold. If the button is in the “high” position simply depress and simultaneously turn the mixer tap anti-clockwise The main water supply switch off is under the shelf space in the cupboard immediately to the left of the of the kitchen sink. To access take out the shelf and then using a small screwdriver insert to the valve and turn to shut off. Kitchen The electrolux reverse action tumble dryer is a condensor model so it traps the water in a plastic tank on the left hand side of the machine. Once this fills up (it wont go on if its full) you need to simply take out and drain water and then re-insert. It is also important to take out any fluff from the filter at the front of machine to ensure it operates correctly. Guests can buzz up from the street typing in “23” and the intercom button automatically opens the front door.
