You can hike right out the door, and enjoy out-of-this-world star gazing, and amazing sunrises and sunsets!

Come and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of this stylish, modern guest house located 20 minutes north of Taos. 1 bedroom with loft, and comfy queen size fold out couch. Just out the door you have access to hiking and mountain biking on BLM land or a 10 minute drive to the Rio Grande River. Riverhouse Sunshine Cottage

Sunshine Cottage is close to Downtown (about 2.2 miles) with lots of family-friendly activities. The Animas River / Oxbow Nature Preserve across the street, nightlife, public transport, the airport. This is a completely private cottage with a full kitchen, three bedrooms, (one main level, two downstairs) queen bed in Master, one king and two twins downstairs, and a queen pull out sofa in living room. The living room has direct TV. TheTV in Master bedroom is for streaming only.
