The house has A/C throughout using 3 split air units. Very short walk to the Pink Sand Beach, restaurants, and Romora Bay marina for sunsets, food, & drinks... Locals refer to this area as "Current Ridge". It is situated on the south side of Current Road, right on the water. The amazing views, from the enormous dock/pavilion, are priceless. The shallow, sandy bottom water is perfect for swimming. The cottage is approximately 200 feet from the ocean.
