E Gray house is a luxury retreat set in a beautiful woodland setting and right on the Waterford greenway. It is just a short cycle into Dungarvan town and to several beaches. Although you may find it hard to leave the stylish and comfortable interior when sat in front of the stove reading a book or watching your favourite programs projected onto our retractable 180cm screen. We are conveniently situated between the two villages of Killeagh & Castlemartyr with just a 5 minute drive to each & 10 to the beach. Being on Section 6 of the Eurovelo1 Cycling Route we welcome cyclists, providing a covered area for your bikes. Comfy bed, private bathroom & kitchenette.

Urban Tranquilatree

Access to the tree house can be conducted by phone so you don't meet anyone. All contact surfaces are cleaned using dettol wipes and linen is washed at 60 deg. This is a real tree house, fully insulated, 6m off the ground. It faces south with views of the city. It is situated in our garden but screened by trees giving privacy. It consists of a bedroom with a deck at the top level and a bathroom on the level below. Cork city centre is a 5 min. walk. Access to the city is via a STEEP HILL.

Our Gorgeous Stone Cottage (Kilcannon House)

A small cottage in the grounds of Kilcannon House, which is only 10 mins from the Waterford Greenway and the newly opened St. Declan's Way. If you need to relax a break in our Cottage would be the best escape. It has a separate entrance and everything you need for a truly comfortable stay, including a electric stove in the living room, fully fitted kitchen, king size bed ( which can also be made up as a twin bed) and en-suite bathroom. The bedroom can also accommodate one child.

Unwind at this peaceful oasis. The Nook is an adorable 1 bedroom apartment in the heart of the East Cork countryside. Surrounded by the rolling fields and yet only a 10 minute drive to Midleton with its famed restaurants, shops & the Jameson Distillery. This self-contained apartment comes with kitchen/living room, separate single-bed bedroom & a bathroom. Everything you need for your stay. The couch in the living room can be converted to a single bed. Private parking on-site

Lighthouse keepers; Home of the year finalist

Welcome to the lighthouse keepers house! We have been voted as one of Ireland’s top 50 places to stay by the Irish Independent #Fab50 ( number 26 :)) We spent two years renovating this 200 year old building. In May 2020, it featured on RTE Home of the year and became a finalist in the top 7 homes in Ireland. Irish lights built all 76 lighthouses & keepers houses in Ireland, and this is the only lighthouse keepers house in a town in Ireland!

Millers Cottage in Annestown Village

A newly renovated traditional Irish cottage with a contemporary twist, set in the heart of the village just a 2 minute walk from the beach. Millers guests are also allowed access to the private grounds of Annestown House just across the road. The cottage is surrounded by an abundance of attractions including the Greenway for cycling and the Anne Valley Walk. The museums of Waterford City are just a 25 minute drive away.
