Otane Cottage at Smaills beach

Otane Cottage is at Smaills Beach with access to the Otago Peninsula and wildlife while only ten minutes from the city centre. The cottage has a stunning view and rural feel. It's close to local surf spots and if you are lucky you may get to see the southern lights (Aurora australis). Our proximity to the beach also means close encounters with the endangered NZ sealion (Pakake). In spring, its not uncommon for this majestic creature to pay a visit to the cottage. Stunning 1916 Villa. Wonderful, fully renovated 1916 villa. Five minutes walk from beautiful Saint Clair beach with its restaurants, cafes and boutiques. This villa has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, two living areas and an open kitchen dining area. A bonus two 75 inch TV's to save program selection issues. Also two heat pumps and an HRV system for warmth. There is a large outdoor area with an open fire . High speed fibre internet. Full ensuite and walk in wardrobe off main bedroom.

The Bird's Nest, Purakanui Dunedin City

Located above Purakaunui estuary, perfect for couples or solo travellers. Enjoy the view, dine outside on the deck, walk, bike, swim, surf or do absolutely nothing. With a well fitted-out kitchen, a composting toilet (don't worry, its nice) and a wood-fired hot tub in the garden, this wee house is private, sunny and super-popular with native birds. Down at the waters edge you'll find the Birds' Nest boatshed. Get back to basics and rediscover what having a break from it all really means.

Beachaven Historic Pilot House

Beachaven is an idyllic retreat just meters from the beach. This historic 1913 bungalow is secluded, relaxing and peaceful. At the back gate the Otago/Otepoti shipping channel, marine reserve and salt marsh. At the front is the Pacific Ocean, abundant with wildlife, penguins, seals, sealions and birds. In the lounge there is an open fire and plenty of firewood to keep you warm, with wi-fi and CD's for night time entertainment. Everything you can imagine and everything you can't...

Things are always rosy at this cosy Roslyn retreat! You'll be tickled pink when you arrive at this super stylish abode so close to Roslyn village and the fabulous amenities on offer. Our townhome is the perfect blend of location, comfort and style. A five minute almost flat walk to Roslyn village and very short drive down the hill to the city, hospitals, university, golf course and beyond. Oh, and it has all just been beautifully renovated. Things really are rosy in Roslyn!
