It is set in a quiet cul-de-sac and overlooking an adjoining vineyard. Although it is set in peaceful, rural surroundings, It is a fifteen minute walk to the village square. Leopard cottage is a quiet, newly finished and safe one bedroom self catering cottage located behind our house on a residential street in Franschhoek. You will have privacy on the covered stoop as you relax looking at the garden enjoying a meal and a glass of wine. A separate entrance to our cottage allows you to come and go as you please. Tranquil and serene, Pepperpot Cottage is a hidden gem situated in the historical centre of Paarl. The tiny 22 square meters is stylish and quaint with its own entrance and off street parking for one vehicle. It is completely private and guests are welcome to come and go at leisure. It has all the luxuries to make your stay relaxing and memorable with a lush view from the stoep across the garden, farm style pond and vegetable patch of our work in progress garden.

Outdoor lovers will appreciate the MTB and running trails, as well as our tranquil dam, ideal for bass fishing or birding.

Our cottage is situated in the heart of leafy Bishopscourt. 2,1km from Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens and 1,6km from Cavendish Square mall. The spacious 2 storey cottage consists of open plan kitchen / lounge, downstairs guest toilet, 2 bedrooms and outside space. We have a shared pool in our garden which guests are welcome to enjoy.
