The apartment has 12 foot high ceilings, beautiful trim and details, original cypress flooring, quality, comfortable, practical furnishings, a well appointed and stocked kitchen ready for cooking, off street parking and exceptional charm.

2 bedroom apartment located right off 1-630 in SOMA district. Walking distance to favorite local amenities such as restaurants and retail. 1 bedroom has been converted into a work out space or can be used as an office. There is a beautiful backyard with pond, waterfall, palm tree, and stained glass doors. Kitchen comes fully equipped with all needs for a comfortable stay. Vizio flat screen for sports or streaming. One garage spot and laundry with rental.

Historic Carriage House in SOMA

This is a NO-Smoking anywhere on the property. Please message me if your traveling with dogs. There is a $20 pet fee per stay for a maximum of two dogs. Located in a residential neighborhood in the SOMA district of downtown Little Rock, this original carriage house sits behind it's main house, both built in 1904. My place is an easy walk to bars, restaurants and shops. There is a dog and people park a few blocks away. Check in: 4pm Checkout: 11am.

This second floor unit of a duplex has a fully fenced courtyard (common space for both units) with propane grill, and fire pit. A small grass area for pets to do their business. (Please pick up daily) upstairs balcony is private for upstairs unit. Super effective and quiet AC/heat. TV's have Roku service. No Smoking/Vaping inside.
