A private street door leads you into a ground floor utility area (Wash & dryer) then upstairs you enter a stunning architect-designed space consisting of a fully equipped kitchen + dining area, an elegant lounge, 2 large bedrooms with super-king beds and 2 bathrooms, one with a luxurious free-standing bath. We also have a double a comfy double sofa bed in the living room which can sleep two.

My apartment is spacious -140 sq.meters-and bright in an historical palace in the very center of Venice. There is a large double bedroom with its own bathroom , another smaller double bedroom and a single bedroom with a second bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a table where you can have breakfast or meals. In the wide living room there is a table for 6 and 2 large sofas. From here you have access to a nice terrace with table and chairs where you can relax after sightseeing!!!

An entire apartment with a Venetian style decor, in a private palazzo from the 1600's, with a STUNNING VIEW. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed. Spazioso e luminoso ed arieggiato appartamento al secondo piano di un antico palazzo veneziano, le scale sono comode da fare. Si accede attraverso un giardino privato. Tutte le stanze ed il terrazzo sono molto ampie e spaziose. La strada è l’appartamento sono molto silenziosi, nonostante si trovino in una zona molto centrale. I soffitti sono ornati di stucchi veneziani, camera da pranzo e salotto sono separati da un arco decorato, e hanno le finestre sul giardino lontano da altre case.
