Set in 10 acres of our own land for you to explore and easy access to Snowdonia public foothpaths, it’s perfect for those looking to spend some time in nature. If you like walking the mountains or easier more level walks this is the place to be. The house is 30 min drive from Surf Snowdonia, Zip world, Penrhyn Quarry, Zip World Bounce Below, Zip World Forest, The Ffestiniog Railway and the Welsh Highland Railway. There are many Welsh Castles within a short drive.

My cottage is a mid terraced small miners cottage, perched high above Blaenau FFestiniog with stunning views in a quiet residential area but only a few minutes walk from the town centre. You have access straight into the mountains. It is beautifully warm in the winter and in the summer catches the sun from dawn until dusk. Zip World, Bounce Below , the LLechwedd Slate Caverns and the FFestiniog Railway are all close by.
