Walk into a restful and relaxing environment just minutes away from the university town of Davis. From this location, downtown is easily accessible on foot or bicycle. The complement of the modern updated decor is balanced by a blend of vintage furniture. During warmer months, the back yard provides a shaded, quiet area to enjoy. Casa Contente is a spacious craftsman house centrally located in downtown Davis. Dining table comfortably sits 8 and may squeeze in 10 people. Fully stocked kitchen is a cook's dream. We are a perfect house for a quiet family get together and NOT a good match for a party. NO PARTIES/NO SMOKING. Also, there is not much of a backyard, so we wouldn't be able to accommodate any gatherings outside. We reserve the right to ask for an ID prior to booking or checking in.
