In the city of Amsterdam just 15 minutes from city center the recently build house offers great facilities. The house has a garden, roof terrace, bath, private parking spot and is a perfect family house! It's located just 5 minutes from the beach! Great location for a family. Safe environment for kids to play in and around the house. Slow traffic and a big playground nearby. Many toys available. We strongly prefer families considering the neighbourhoud and the 2 childrens bedrooms and 1 double.

Tijdens je verblijf in ons huis vind je rust in alle drukte. De woning is ruim opgezet en heeft een grote tuin, waar je ook als het regent lekker kan zitten. Ons huis ligt op een steenworp afstand van het centrum van Amsterdam. Binnen een kwartier sta je op het Leidseplein en loop je over de grachten. terwijl het huis zich in een hele rustige en kindvriendelijke buurt bevindt. De woning is gedeeltelijk gerenoveerd. De begane grond en eerste verdieping zijn helemaal nieuw en klaar voor gebruik.

We live in a big house in a quiet and green neighbourhood just outside Amsterdam. You are very welcome to rent our comfortable house, with spacious living room, kitchen and a garden. It is a 5 minute walk to the subway that brings you to Amsterdam city centre in 15 minutes. 2 bedrooms with a double bed. 2 full bathrooms, three toilets and full kitchen and living room and garden. Extra bed for small kids possible. Cheap parking available just outside the house!

Green Oasis at sailing barge "the Rederijker"

Your stay is at an unique sailing barge . In summertime we organize daytrips from Amsterdam to the IJsselmeer. Recently we have transformed our beautiful ship in a 'Green Oasis' for Air bnb purposes off saison . The ship is moored in the harbour of IJburg, near the centre of Amsterdam. Around the harbour are many restaurants to be found, like NAP, DOK 48 and Blijburg. Supermarket and other shops in the neighbourhood.

"Sailing barge Titaan” is a relatively new ship in the Dutch fleet. She is build in 2001 and has been used mostly for romantic sailing trips and weddings. Nowadays she has been refitted to accommodate groups of passengers (up to 12 people). The traditional white sailing barge in combination with a more modern and luxury interior gives the whole ship an interesting twist and a perfect place to unwind and relax.
