This single level home will sleep up to 6 and is updated with all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The cottage is centrally located in beautiful Hot Springs Village. Located 20 minutes from downtown Hot Springs and 25 minutes from Oaklawn casino. Located in Hot Springs Village with 8 golf courses, several lakes, pickle ball and tennis courts. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Very nice air mattress is available for guest. Hot Springs Village is a gated community. You will have to check in at one of the guard gates. Very easy.

The decor makes it a one of a kind setting. You’ll want to come back yr after yr to experience a new theme. It has a cute little bathroom with a shower and a darling kitchenette. Plenty of room for roll away bed or two! A sitting area for working or getting ready for that special day, party or girls night out.

Royal Cabin Tiny Home

Small Cabin located on 10 acres with spectacular views! Wake up and look out over the Ouachita mountains! Step out onto the large deck and enjoy a hot cup of coffee and nature! The loft is carpeted and has a Queen mattress. We have a full (tiny-home) kitchen with pots and pans or a grill if you choose to cook. Cute Bathroom with large shower. Blow dryer in cabinet. No cable (unplug and enjoy nature!) But we do have a DVD player and we usually watch TV using our lightning cord on our iPhones!

Baths and kitchen feature granite and large showers. The Village has 9 golf courses and many lakes to enjoy. There is a professionally created putting green in back yard. Maximum guests is 6. In garage is basketball goal, ping pong and more to enjoy.

The Cabin -Unit C @ Ravine Retreat-Walk to trails!

500 square foot Cabin, that feels secluded but is in an old neighborhood right off the main road that takes you downtown & shares the property with a separate rentable house and apartment (100 feet from the Cabin). Parking is limited and shared with other guests. Very narrow spiral staircase (2 feet). 200lb weight limit on hammock chairs. We recommend purchasing Travel Insurance, especially in the winter months. No Locals.
