The flat is within easy walking distance of the Cape Town Stadium, parks, the promenade, many buzzing restaurants, deli's, bakeries and the famous V&A Waterfront. The MyCiti bus stop just steps away gives quick access to the rest of the city. Within walking distance of the Green Point Park & Stadium, V&A Waterfront, Graduate School of Business UCT (GSB), gyms, restaurants, shops, deli's (Giovanni's being a favourite) and pubs. Apart from taxi and shuttle services being available, it is on the MyCity bus route. Ample street parking is available as well as a Free Public Parking Area across the street. It is only 2,6km from the CBD and Cape Town International Convention Centre-CTICC-approximately 5 minutes in peak traffic times. There are a few steps in the garden path leading to the apartment while the apartment itself is on one flat level with no internal stairs.

I want you to feel like it’s your home away from home :) The entrance to the apartment is on street level with and entrance foyer/ corridor before taking the beautiful old renovated staircase to the first floor. This first level of the house is accessible for exclusive guests use. I give my guests space but am available when needed. Restaurants and shops are close by, while the Central Business District and the V&A Waterfront are a long walk or short drive away, and Clifton Beach not much further.
