After years of renovation experience, we decided to transform our out house into a self contained annex which comfortably sleeps 2 guests in 1 double bed. We have designed this space using our interest in antique/bespoke furnishings. With each piece of furniture either loved back to life or handmade ourselves. The annex boasts a private En-suite bathroom with power shower, basin & toilet where in addition, basic toiletries are provided. Fresh bedding & towels will also be awaiting your arrival!

It is situated on our touring caravan site, with a private decking and parking, overlooking our fields, which will have a range of animals, very often our small herd of highland cattle will be your neighbours. It has all the amenities needed for a lovely stay, perfect for a couples getaway or bring the kids. It is also ideal if you wanted to come away with family or friends who have a caravan.

We are situated 2 miles from the delightful, medieval market town of Ruthin with it's historic buildings and castle, on a quiet country lane. There is a wealth of cycle routes and walking paths locally.

We usually have chickens and there are often lambs in our small fields.
