FREE WIFI, fully furnished kitchen, full bath, laundry rm, living rm with 60" smart tv, a single extra large 600ft² upstairs bedroom with a 55" smart tv. Bedroom has 2 queen beds w/ memory foam tops. Living rm has a pull out queen bed. No parties.

We are in between Sequoia Forest (east) and Sequoia Park (north), with about an hour drive to each. We love to host remote workers/traveling health care providers.

For comfort, air conditioning and heating are centrally controlled from our side of the home. We keep the temperature within 72 - 76 summer. Gladly adjust to your comfort.

This studio is located 20 miles northwest of Bakersfield (10 minutes from the 99 Freeway using hwy 46 turnoff) and 20 minutes from Interstate 5 Freeway. It is perfect for the out-of-town worker on assignment or guest that is visiting family in the area. PLEASE VIEW THE PICTURES VERY CAREFULLY.
