The superior studio is 65 sq meters with one double bed and we can put two more single beds on request and can accommodate up to four people. Sylvia's Guest House is a 40sq m renovated property in the center of a historical farm (Meeting point during WW2 - Patrick Leigh Fermor ), surrounded by 150000 m² organic vineyards, trees and a great view of the northcoast beach (Ammoudara) and city of Heraklion. The property can accommodate up to 4 guests (1 double bed + 1 sofa bed) and there is also availablility for baby cot. Around house there is garden where you can enjoy all your meals, sunbathing, reading, relaxing, playing etc

The studio is located in the west side of Crete 50km from Chania city. Arriving here you can admire the incredible view of the area, Falassarna is now one of the most famous destinations in Crete both for its beaches and for ecological interest. Our studio is accesible thru the parking entrance of our family home. The studio can accomodate 4 persons, with two single beds and one double bed, a kitchen and a private wc& bathroom with shower. The kitchen is equipped with amenities .
