There is a Lake at a walking distance to enjoy the peace and serenity of nature. The house has two spacious bedrooms on the main floor. and one bedroom in the basement. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second room has a queen size bed. Both rooms have spacious closets and HD TVs. Queen bed in 3rd.

This spacious French country bungalow is in a separate private section of the lower level of our home with: private entrance, kitchen, large bedroom, bathroom with shower, and living/diningroom. - At least one person in the renting party must be between the ages of 28-70. Whomever reserves the bungalow, will need to show a photo ID when they arrive, to prevent fraudulent reservations.

Our bay is great for fishing, but swimming is more enjoyable outside of the bay. 7 min away from the public boat launch. 17 min away from Mall of America and 23 min away from the airport.
