Private Hot Tub Northern Tiny Home Retreat

Get cozy and settle into this rustic yet refined space. This is a brand new, finished in June 2023 tiny home, on the same property as our personal home. It has all the comforts of a full size home, including, radiant heated floors, A/C, vaulted ceilings in the bedroom, two burner gas stove and a full size fridge. There is a private fenced in outdoor courtyard, with private hot tub, fire place and propane grill. As well as its own driveway with plenty of room too park a boat if you'd like.

Features a full kitchen, electric fireplace, in unit laundry, and private deck with stunning Lake Bellaire sunset views. You'll be in the heart of Shanty Creek! It's only a short walk to the Summit Golf Course & Shanty Town. You will have access to the beach club on Lake Bellaire and the Snowshoe outdoor pool. As of March 2026, resort pool access is no longer included.
