Keep it simple at this peaceful and central located tiny house cabin....Love to see the deer wandering in the front yard. Close to Downton Custer-5 minutes to Crazy Horse, Custer National Park. Tiny Home (11 x 44) is 8 miles NW of Custer SD (6 miles of County gravel), and located on 8 acres that access the public National Forest. The only other dwelling on the property is Teeny Home (100' away, 2 guest max, and privacy fence between the Homes). Each dwelling has its own private access. The nearest neighbor is a summer Horse Camp (350-500' away, quiet/polite neighbors) The nearest sites are Crazy Horse Memorial, Mount Rushmore, Jewel Cave, and Custer State Park Private/Quiet/Clea

Elk Haven Cabins are poised in a perfect setting only minutes from downtown Custer in the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota. Our location provides convenient access to many local attractions including Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse and Custer State Park. Each cabin has a main floor bedroom with queen bed and a loft with 2 queen beds. The loft is a common area divided by a wall - not private. Cabins have full kitchen, bbq on deck, fire pit, picnic table. We are pet friendly.

If you have ever wanted to try out "tiny living" our adorable tiny house is perfect. This hand built tiny home is situated on our family property, but away from the main house to give you the privacy you are looking for. While giving you the opportunity to unplug, the Rambler is surrounded by beautiful national forest but is also ideally located just 3.5 miles from the town of Custer, SD. Easy access to Hwy 16/385 and close to all the beauty that the Black Hills to offer.

Cleaning Fee included in nightly pricing!! The Cabin was built in 2014. This simple but modern Cabin has most of the conveniences of home. Everyone renting the Cabin, also have access to the full kitchen & dining room located at the Lodge (located on the property next to the Cabin), as well as the BBQ and washer & dryer. This Suite has a King Bed. For the safety of our guests and visitors, along with our staff, we have exterior cameras to assist monitor the property.

Crazy Horse Lodge - 1 BD Cabin

This 1 bed cabin features a queen size bed and 1 full bath. Includes loft area with additional bed (loft suitable for children), living/dining space w/ kitchen. The cabin features a covered porch to enjoy the view! This cabin is ideal for a couple or a family with up to two children. Cabin includes amenities like AC, TV, fire pit, grill, and parking space for 1 vehicle with extra parking on site. Linens are provided for all booked guests. Pets allowed with $50 pet fee.

Hot Shot Hideaway Retreat

Discover the serenity of the Black Hills in this modern, custom-crafted timber frame home, tucked away in a private, peaceful setting just a quick ten-minute drive from Custer. Enjoy wildlife watching, hiking, and exploring the surrounding national forest right from your doorstep. Adventure is easy to find, with Custer State Park and Wind Cave National Park just minutes away via Lower French Creek Road. And the best part? Your furry friends are welcome too!

Cabin in the woods

We have two cabins. The cabins both sleep up to five people with a queen bed, fold out sofa (double) and a small loft with a twin bed. There is a kitchenette with a small refrigerator, microwave, air-fryer, and coffee maker. The cabin's grill has a side burner. All linen, dishes, silverware and pots and pans are included. We live on 30 acres and the Black Hills National Forest is our back-fence neighbor. We are almost at the end of the dead-end road.
