The house is located in a peaceful area minutes away from the beach, boasts two terraces with stunning views of the sea (and of Ibiza on a clear day), sun all day long, and a stone bbq. The communal swimming pool is just across the street and is open all year long. Pets are allowed and can roam free in the house private garden. La casa. La casita (construida entre 1910- 1920) es una de las pocas construcciones de estilo mediterráneo tradicional de la zona que se ha conservado y no se ha derruido con el fin de construir bloques de apartamentos. El espíritu de la casa es humilde y sencillo aunque, desde el primer momento en que cruzas la verja de entrada, te invade su esencia acogedora y única. Este carácter tan singular se aprecia en cada detalle que te rodea y en cada rincón de la casa.

Rural Suite El Carmen

La casa se encuentra muy cercana al pueblo de Xaló (puedes ir andando) pero a la misma vez disfrutar de la tranquilidad y la paz de la montaña. Recién reformada y a estrenar desde verano de 2018, dispondrás de todas las comodidades de una casa exclusiva. En verano de 2020 se ha reformado para que los huéspedes puedan disfrutar de la terraza techada y se ha construido una piscina (alberca) para los días de verano.
