One of a Kind Farmstead Experience

A one of a kind farmstead experience, stay in a newly constructed barn on our 350 acre dairy farm. The Mattingly farm is home to Kenny's Cheese, farmstead cheese made right here on our farm and you have a unique opportunity to stay in the heart of the action, in our brand new apartments directly above the dairy barn. You will be welcomed by our friendly dairy cows and possibly a new baby calf, or two. And because our cheese is AMAZING, we will leave some in the fridge for you to try.

The Milk Barn Cottage

Built in the late 1940's as a working milk barn, the Milk Barn Cottage is 800 sq. ft of cozy comfort. The cottage is near the foot of Monteagle Mountain in the beautiful Pelham Valley. We are half-way between Nashville and Chattanooga, about 2 miles off exit 127 on I-24. The Caverns is about an 8 minute drive away. Pelham has quaint restaurants to visit plus all of the natural beauty in our area. We are also just 13 miles from Sewanee and the University of the South.

Adorable studio apartment located in the loft of a century-old barn in the heart of the hills of Goodlettsville. Located behind an 18th century farmhouse on a rural 25-acre farm, the barn is conveniently only 10 minutes from I-65 and, with no traffic, is a little over 30 minutes from Downtown Nashville. This quaint, secluded spot is the perfect jumping-off spot for your stay in Middle Tennessee! Please note that this is strictly a pet-free property.

This home is located in the side of a rustic 1950's barn. Large kitchen-dining room, patio, and a screened porch are some of the best features. Acres of pasture to roam too! This is a pet-free home and ESAs don't fall into AIrbnb's service animal policy or the ADA's policy in this rental.

The Barn is close to Restaurants, Shopping, Grocery Stores, Parks, Banks AND close enough (w/in 25min) to All Things Downtown Nashville...Nissan Stadium (Titans, Concerts, ect), Bridgestone Arena (Preds, Concerts, ect), Schermerhorn Symphony Center (concerts, events), and much more... But you will love The Barn because of the quiet location. It is at the end of a dead end road on a secluded hill but less than 5 minutes off the highway.

The Starstruck Farm horse barn Reba built has been converted to a B & B! Tennessee Country Bed & Breakfast! Country Breakfast 7:00-11 a.m. in the big barn! Each unique 2 level Horse Stall Suite has its own private FULL bathroom, a full-size memory foam bed down & a queen size bed in the loft, big screen TV, wifi, quiet heat/cool and lots more! The Loft

Rocky Meadows Farm is a beautiful, rural landscape located in Blaine, Tennessee. We are conveniently located off Highway 11, providing easy access to: Downtown Knoxville (25mins) Sevierville (45mins) Cherokee Dam (30 mins) Big Ridge State Park (35 mins) The Loft is an old cattle barn we have renovated to create an amazing rustic getaway. It offers a spacious front porch, a small kitchenett, and a full bathroom with a hot shower!

Cottage By The Creek (One Hour (W) of Nashville)

Cottage by the Creek is a 600 sq ft converted grain barn built in the early 1900's. We've converted the space into a light and bright one bedroom, with a loft. There is a fully functional kitchen and custom bath with tile shower. The 30 ft front porch offers views of the cattle farm across the street and the year round flowing creek. Or enjoy the back patio with hot in and fire pit.
