The entire place comes with heating/cooling, mini fridge, tv, full bathroom, microwave, Keurig iced and hot coffee maker, water dispenser, hotel amenities, etc. It comes with a local artist mural painted to show the true beauty of the Black Hills and surrounding national monuments that can be discovered just minutes away!

The only other dwelling on the property is Teeny Home (100' away, 2 guest max, and privacy fence between the Homes). Each dwelling has its own private access. The nearest neighbor is a summer Horse Camp (350-500' away, quiet/polite neighbors) The nearest sites are Crazy Horse Memorial, Mount Rushmore, Jewel Cave, and Custer State Park Private/Quiet/Clea

Views of Stockade Lake, wildlife viewing, hiking, biking, hunting and fishing with in minutes. This cabin also offers a full kitchen, propane grill, patio with furniture for outdoor dining, and quick access to Custer State Park or the city of Custer for restaurants, grocery, museums, shops, and live music. New modern home 3 miles to Sylvan Lake and near the border of Custer State park. This is the closest home to Sylvan Lake for rent and the only home of this style available for rent. The home is backed by forest service and has no gravel roads to navigate. The home sits right off Sylvan Lake road and has a large 2 car garage ( more like 3 car) and is included with the use of the home ( there is some storage items in the garage). Across the street is a Buffalo and Long Horn cattle ranch.
