The Orchard House

**A devastating freeze in October 2020 killed all 400 of our sweet cherry trees and many of our peach trees. Sadly, our orchard is not the lush green jewel it once was. We are planting new cherry trees in the Spring of 2022. While the orchard views have changed, the Orchard House continues to offer a very comfortable place to rest and recharge. Come enjoy fresh air and quiet whether you are stopping through on a road trip or staying longer for local adventure. Fast WiFi for telecommuting!

The Pet Friendly Big 8

The Big 8 offers 8 acres of peace. It is located in a ranching town in western Colorado, with access to Crawford State Park, where you can swim, fish, paddle, and enjoy the views of the Gunnison National Forest. The Black Canyon is nearby, with more spectacular views, hiking trails. The nearby towns of Paonia and Hotchkiss offer a variety of restaurants and music venues, along with the local Bar and Grill, where you can mingle with the locals. Want to bring your horses? Lets talk. $25 per horse.

Top of the Mesa Lookout Tower

Centrally located in the Grand Valley, on the edge of a Redlands Mesa, sits our Southwestern adobe style house. An outside staircase takes you up to the tower guest room. There is ample parking and a culdesac. It's fisherman friendly with a turn around driveway to accommodate dories or rafts. The valley is known for its orchards, wineries and vineyards. Explore the Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park. If you like getting away to a peaceful and quiet retreat, this is the place for you.

If tranquility is what you seek - curl up on the deck with a good book and a glass of wine. Wheelchair accessible. This is not a toddler friendly cabin.

Crawford on the Hill

This delightful little home has been recently remodeled and will provide a cozy living space for up to eight guests. We are 5 minutes to Crawford Reservoir State Park and short 20-minute drive to the north rim of the Black Canyon, a must see. Crawford is a part of the “North Fork Valley Creative District” along with Hotchkiss and Paonia. There are many art galleries, wineries and orchards to explore in these areas, so be sure to plan some fun excursions to these unique establishments.

If you're looking for a little cozy reconnect with nature and a disconnect from the rat-race, you've found it. The Coyote Cabin is perfect home base for exploring the abundant North Fork Valley.
