It is a traditional two-storey cottage with a new extension which holds a kitchen area, utility room and downstairs wheelchair accessible bathroom w/electric shower. There are two double rooms, one downstairs, one upstairs, with an additional double pull out sofa bed on the upstairs landing/reading area. There is a bath/shower upstairs. There is ample parking.

It’s located within the picturesque harbour village of Clondra where the Royal Canal meets the Shannon with plenty of waterways, walks , pubs and restaurants nearby.
