Historic country house, almost exclusively yours!

We only take one booking at any one time, so whether you are 1 person or 4 you will have the house to yourselves, apart from the two of us, our friendly dogs and lazy cat. A large, bright double room with modern ensuite shower and/or twin room with private bathroom. The games room, is yours to relax in away from us, with a wood burning stove which we light in the evenings. You are welcome to use our kitchen to cook evening meals, but we will provide a delicious breakfast to start your day.

Situated along the recently developed Leitrim Way walkway, the perfect resting spot for hill walkers and tourists to North Leitrim. 2 private double rooms with en suite. Other amenities including washing machine, television and free parking available.

Ave Maria Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast

Our Bed & Breakfast is situated on a large working family run Dairy Farm, you can enjoy a tour of the farm, see 700 cows being milked in 70 units rotary milking parlour, and you may even be lucky enough to see a calf been born. If there is not availability through the site please contact us directly. Our Bed & Breakfast is child friendly. We offer an extensive breakfast menu. We are approximately 1 km from Aughris Pier, the beach and its renowned Pub/Restaurant (The Beach Bar).

Our estate has a woodland setting yet is only a 20 minute stroll into town. The area is very quiet and upscale. There is ample free parking. There is a bus stop nearby which will bring you into town or Strandhill and Rosses Point. There is a TV in the room. The bathroom has an electric shower , as it is shared, the bathtub is unavailable. Breakfast is not provided. Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
