Its only a 20 minute drive to Limerick City and close to Clare Glens and Glenstal Abbey. A car is recommended but there is a good bus service that operates from Limerick City to Cashel about 6 times a day - the 332.

The Old Schoolhouse is a beautifully renovated house which was originally the local national school built in 1887. All rooms in the house have breath taking views of the Shannon estuary. The house has wooden floors and ceilings throughout and a balcony where guests can sit and have breakfast overlooking the river. This stand alone lodge is surrounded by its beautifully manicured lawns and gardens and has its own private entrance with ample parking. It is completely self contained and our guests will have complete privacy.
