Villa Nia is a minute walking distance to the widest part of the beach of paralia Tolofona. Separate apartment of about 70sq.m,suitable for hosting families and hosts who need relax, with separate garden entrance and itself garden corridor to it. Private parking in front of the property , Wifi , a/c and bicycles (upon request) are provided to our guests. The property is in the ground floor of our family two flour villa with mountain view. We accept pets and we can keep them also (upon request).

Στο Ναύπλιο στο δημοτικό διαμέρισμα της Νέας Τίρυνθας απέναντι από το γραφικό ξωκλήσι του Αγίου Σπυρίδωνα μέσα σε ένα κτήμα από πορτοκαλιές είναι το ισόγειο διαμέρισμα 160 τ.μ. διώροφης μονοκατοικίας που περιβάλλεται από όμορφο κήπο & χώρο φυλασσόμενης στάθμευσης. Αποτελείται από τρία ευρύχωρα υπνοδωμάτια με θέα στο καταπράσινο κήπο. It features neoclassical furniture, 3 spacious and clean bedrooms, a new fully equiped kitchen, one bathroom and a gym room! A big garden with lawn, kids swings, a place for a picnic, walking and reading.
