There's a bunk-bed (70x160cm) and a creative space in the kids-room. The second bathroom has a bathtub, and is accessed from the spacious dining + lounge area. Welcome to our cozy and spacious summer house, located just 100 meters from Roskilde Fjord and a 50-minute drive from Copenhagen. The house is surrounded by a garden and features a large terrace, perfect for relaxation. Situated in a scenic area close to the water, you can enjoy beautiful walks along the fjord and in the surrounding nature. Within a 10-minute drive, you can reach both Frederikssund and Jægerspris, offering charming cafés, supermarkets, and the historic Jægerspris Castle.

Enjoy unique Ljunghusen, known for its heather, large pine trees and beautiful white sand beach, in this charming house with a pool, sauna and large terrace and outdoor dining area. The house offers two bedrooms on the top floor, as well as a separate pool house with two beds. It has an open kitchen and dining area and a lovely sitting room with an open fire. Ljunghusen is a peaceful area yet is close to the restaurants and stores in Skanör and Höllviken, and a 20 min drive from Malmö.

Poolen er ikke opvarmet om vinteren, men lejligheden udlejes til reduceret pris fra 01. Oktober til 30. April. Pool kan anvendes kold ved tilkøb af sauna. 150,-/dag Spaen er opvarmet hele året og brug er inkluderet i prisen. Fra 1.maj til 30. september er poolen opvarmet og kan benyttes af gæster
