Traditional Romanian villa near the beach

We would like to offer our guests the opportunity to stay in a traditional Romanian villa in the beach town of Constanta. The house was initially built in 1923 and we have renovated it freshly to be able to accommodate guests. It has 3 bedrooms on two floors and a common area which can be used as a dining room, office or as a fourth bedroom. The kitchen has been freshly refurbished. Two fridges and a BBQ are provided on-site. We speak English, German and Romanian and look forward to hosting you!

Acess to the swimming pools is included, parking spaces in front of the villa. The villa is located in Mamaia Nord, with access directly from the main boulevard very easy to reach.

Situată în 2 Mai pe strada principală, cu acces direct către plajă, casa este renovată recent. Este compusa din doua dormitoare mari cu pat dublu, un dormitor mai mic pentru copii, două băi, chicinetă (plita cu inductie, prajitor de paine, vesela etc.), terasa si curte. Pereții sunt din piatră, ceea ce face ca temperatura să fie foarte placuta in orice moment al zilei. Acest corp de casă face parte dintr-o proprietate mai mare, cu încă două spații asemănătoare. Ideală pentru familii.

Vă așteptăm să ne vizitați pentru vacanță de neuitat la “ Căsuța Urșilor - by the sea “ !Casa este situată la doar câțiva pași de lacul Tașăul într-o oază de liniște și relaxare unde cu siguranță vă veți simți ca acasă !Casa este dotată cu absolut tot ce aveți nevoie pentru a vă petrece un concediu de neuitat iar distanța până pe plaja din Năvodari/Mamaia Nord este de aproximativ 10 minute de condus !Vă mulțumim pentru interesul dumneavoastră și vă dorim o vacanță plăcută tuturor!

Birds House

This traditional house was built in 1928 on the cliff of the Razim-Sinoe Lagoon, which is part of the Danube Delta Biosphere Reserve. In addition to the spectacular landscape that can be seen from the yard, the property extends to the waterfront where we have arranged a birdwatching hide for our guests from where they can observe the rich avifauna of the area. Here we have also set up a place for water activities. Our guests can use kayaks and a rowing boat for free.

Lovely Apartment With Courtyard

Ideal for rest and relaxation, the apartment is located in a quiet area, away of loud traffic. The queen size bed and the sofa bed is suitable for a family of 4. A full kitchen equipt with everything you need, it will make you feel like home. The terrace and the grill are private and they can be used at your own discretion. The closest beach is 5 min away by car. Slowly walking it should be reacheable in arround 20 minutes.
